Little Dragons – Ages 4-6
The emphasis of this class is to develop concentration, balance, rhythm, timing, self–discipline and learn the fundamentals of Taekwondo.
Junior Dragons – Ages 7-18
The emphasis of this class is to learn Taekwondo but also build motor skills, increase concentration and develoop the self–confidence to succeed. Students are challenged with all around physical conditioning and technical training. There is also a high expectation for studetns to be good citizens,, friends, family members and students in school.
Adult Classes
The program for the adult classes is designed to motivate, learn self–defense, stress relief, physical fitness, flexability, weightloss, confidence and understanding the fundamentals of Taekwondo.
Family Classes
This class is for all ages including all belt ranks. It is designed to allow families to train together. If you start together and test together you can graduate together. This will give you an opportunity to exercise together and be a role model for your children. The emphasis of this class is to develop technical training, self–defense, punching, sparring techniques and overall conditioning.
